Nothing against Lisa Loeb, but St. Pete Pride is going to be a lot louder in 2022.

The Sunshine City's marquee Pride party will celebrate its 20th anniversary throughout June, with organizers booking one hell of a bill for waterfront concert happening later in the month.

Femuline pop star, rapper and choreographer Todrick Hall—who just played Tampa Theatre—is set to headline the waterfront concert near the St. Pete Pier on Friday, June 24 with Pussy Riot in the support slot. Tickets to the concert are just $10, with VIP options available for $100-$500.

It's a hell of a time to breathe the same air as Pussy Riot, too. The punk band has evolved into a full-fledged movement since its inception nearly 20 years ago, with its attitude co-opted for various activist action like the Women's March and most recently opposing the Russian attack on Ukraine.
