Sapphic St Pete Joins the St Pete Pride Family

We are thrilled to announce that Sapphic St Pete is officially joining St Pete Pride! Returning November 4 - November 8, this week-long festival continues a beautiful tradition dedicated to centering lesbians, queer women, and sapphic-identifying community members. Originally founded by Rachel Covello to fill a vital need for intentional representation, the festival features everything from comedy and art to social mixers and speed dating. By bringing Sapphic St Pete under our year-round umbrella, we are doubling down on our mission to ensure every identity within the Tampa Bay LGBTQ+ community feels seen, celebrated, and empowered.

St. Pete Pride is a high-energy, volunteer-led 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to honoring the LGBTQ+ community of St. Petersburg and the greater Tampa Bay region. We are honored to host Florida’s largest Pride event, anchored by our historic waterfront parade and a tradition of advocacy that shines year-round in the Sunshine City.
