Registrations for St Pete Pride event is on a first come, first serve basis.

Registration will be open through May 17th, event sellout, or otherwise indicated.

Application approval may take 5-10 business days depending on demand. No information will be available prior to approval.

All prices are before applicable taxes and fees. Event fees are invoiced at application approval, applications are not finalized until full payment has been received and processed.

Event details, including space assignments, will not be available until 2 weeks prior to event.  Requests for spaces will not be honored. Please ensure you are able to receive emails from St Pete Pride via constant contact. If you have unsubscribed in the past you may be unable to receive event updates.

Registration Categories*:

• Food Vendor (Event Vendor Only): A food truck or vendor.  You must select this option if the primary product you are selling is food related, this includes cottage kitchens, bakery foods, businesses without a storefront, ect. Please note electricity is NOT included and will not be available for food vendors.
• Non-Profit/Not for Profit: Non-profit, not for profit, and tax-exempt organizations. IRS determination letter or  proof of tax-exempt status required.
• Small Business: A business or government agency with 49 or fewer employees.
• Large Business: A corporate franchise, business, or government agency with 50 or more employees.
• Independent Artists: An artist who sells their own material (DOES NOT resell or re-purpose third party or mass-produced items and DOES NOT have a storefront).

All registrations includes a $25 nonrefundable application fee.

Registration will be available for event vendors:

June 8, 2024, 10am-2pm, LGBTQIA+ Youth Pride and Family Day, North Straub Park

June 22, 2024, 2pm-10pm, St Pete Pride Parade Day and Festival, North & South Straub Parks

June 23, 2024, 12pm-5pm, Street Fair, Cntral Ave, Grand Central District

Parade Participants:

St Pete Pride Parade and Trans March, June 22, 2024, 6pm Step Off

Free or Reduced Cost Application- CLOSED (open through April 15, 2024):

Nonprofit and small businesses only, please see application for more information

Applicants will be notified on April 19, 2024 of Free or Reduced Cost application status
